School Newsletter December 2021

Christmas Wishes

I would like to thank all our pupils, their families, and the staff, for their support and encouragement this year. There have been lots of changes to the way that we do things, not to mention the structure of the school day, but we have, together, navigated the first term incredibly well. I have written separately regarding Covid and we must all hope and pray that by working together we can return to something resembling normality. It just remains for me to wish you and your families a very Happy and Holy Christmas and all God’s blessings for what we hope will be a great 2022.

Newsletter December 2021

Christmas this year sees our much-loved colleague Angela Horan move on to new opportunities slightly closer to home. Angela started at Cardinal Allen in 2012 after a career as a Youth and Community worker, and, after teaching food and nutrition for several years, she was promoted to the role of Curriculum Leader for Technology in 2020. Food lessons, often involving ovens, sharp knives, water, and children, take some managing, but her calm, unflappable approach, and her outstanding relationships with children, have served her, and our children, well. I’m sure that you will want to join me in wishing her all the best in her new school.
